User scenario

Jill wants to find a specific themed book. Therefore when she opens the application she can choose a genre, that way she gets suggestions based on her preferences. She scrolls to find a book that she likes and ‘likes’ it. She confirms her choice and gets to see where she can pick up the book.

Concept

The OBA app helps users find books that they’re looking for.. faster. By selecting your age and genre that you’re interested in it ‘personalises’ the app to a degree. Therefore the user would get a ‘match’ quicker than before.

Problem statement

It’s hard in itself to get teenagers to read, but what if they actually love to read but can’t (easily) find books that they’re drawn to.
